We love animals

But after a test phase, we have decided to stop taking in pets, as the subsequent cleaning effort is too great for us as a private individual.

(Hair in the carpets, in/on and under the furniture, bed linen, pillows, etc.).

Cleaning and waste disposal

If you have a mishap (extreme dirt, liquids on the floor, etc.), please clean it up immediately. You will find cleaning utensils in the hall cupboard.

Please leave our house swept clean on departure and put used dishes back in the cupboards provided.

Please dispose of toilet paper in the bin provided next to the toilet!

Some parts of Greece (including us) are not yet connected to a public sewage system and the waste water is collected in a container in a pit. Toilet paper, tampons, leftover food, etc., must not be disposed of in the toilet under any circumstances, as it leads directly to blockages.

In Greece you will find green and blue garbage containers in the streets. You can dispose of your waste there.

Green = residual waste (also for toilet bucket waste) Blue = plastic, plastic, paper, glass …)

Key

Please never give the key to our vacation home out of your hand. If you lose it, please let us know immediately. You are liable as our guest up to the amount of the replacement of the door lock and the procurement of new keys.

Rest hours

Please observe the following quiet hours

From 3 p.m. to 5.30 p.m. (midday rest) and from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. (night-time rest).

Singing, shouting or watching TV/playing music at high volume is prohibited after 11 p.m., for example.

You are welcome to sit on the dispatch area for longer, but please avoid making noise and keep your voice down. Thank you very much!

Smoking

Smoking is permitted in the living room and outside. Please use the ashtrays provided for this purpose. Especially in the dry summer months, glowing cigarette butts can cause fires. Therefore, please do not throw any glowing cigarette butts out of the car window outside our premises…
